By day, step into the Christmas Village
Gather the family and wander through a beautifully decked-out Christmas Village at Freight Island, where every corner has been dressed to sprinkle a little extra sparkle into your festive season. The star of the show? A visit to Santa himself, tucked away in his very own lodge.
Your visit runs on easy 15-minute arrival slots across a 90-minute adventure, so there’s no queuing in the cold — just pure Christmas cheer from the moment you walk in.

Ten stops on the way to Santa’s Lodge
Ten places to visit, in order — follow the signposts from the gate to the grotto.
Stop01Elf PassportCollect a stamp at every stop along the way. Every child gets their own passport at the gate, so there's a little goal to complete — and a keepsake to take home — by the time you reach Santa's Lodge.
Stop02North Pole Post OfficePost a letter straight to Santa himself. Sit down and write out your Christmas wish on a proper North Pole postcard, then pop it in the letterbox — it's on its way before you've even reached the Workshop.
Stop03The Little Elves' WorkshopHands-on making and building, elf-style. Roll up your sleeves for a proper crafting break in the middle of the Village, trying your hand at the kind of toy-making Santa's elves do all year round.
Stop04Mrs Claus' Gingerbread KitchenDecorate your own gingerbread treat. Step into Mrs Claus' cosy kitchen and ice your own gingerbread biscuit with sprinkles and all the trimmings — as much fun to make as it is to eat.
Stop05Kindness CornerA quiet, festive moment of giving. A calmer corner of the Village built around the true spirit of Christmas — a gentle pause to think about giving and gratitude before the magic picks back up.
Stop06The Wishing TreeHang your Christmas wish among the lights. Write down a wish of your own and hang it among the fairy lights of our Wishing Tree, joining hundreds of other twinkling wishes from families just like yours.
Stop07Elf Content StudioA festive photo moment, ready to share. Strike a pose in our festively dressed photo studio, built for that one perfect family picture to share on social media or keep as a memory of the day.
Stop08The StageSongs, dancing and the Christmas finale. Gather round as our cast of characters bring the Village to life with music and dancing, building towards the big finale as the Christmas tree lights up overhead.
Stop09Light-Up Christmas BellRing it in for a little extra magic. Give our giant light-up Christmas Bell a ring on your way past for one last festive flourish, right before you arrive at Santa's Lodge.
Stop10Santa's LodgeThe grotto — your moment with Santa. This is what it's all been leading to: a warm, personal visit with Santa himself inside his very own Lodge, rounding off your journey through the Village.
